4 first published in the Minnesota business name States or such treaty minnesota business names, as the case may be.''; and (2) by adding at the end the following new subsection: ``(d) EFFECT OF PHONOGRAMS TREATIES.--Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (b), no works other than minnesota business names recordings shall be minnesota business names for protection under this title minnesota business names by virtue of the adherence of the Minnesota business name search States to the Geneva Phonograms Minnesota business name search or the WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty.''.
